A Bicycle Lane Grows On Palm Avenue

My friend Gordon mentioned that there's a new bike lane on a section of repaved Palm Avenue in Ybor City in Tampa.

So I went there this morning to investigate. And indeed, a section of Palm Avenue has a bike lane.
